La recuperación consistió principalmente en la reconstrucción y recuperación de todos los muros perimetrales e interiores y la renovación del pavimento mediante vitrificado de hormigón negro.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; En un terreno con pendiente, se desarrolla la vivienda buscando un &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;buen asoleamiento y amplitud&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;en las vistas&lt;/span&gt;, amalgamados estos en un centro neurálgico representado programaticamente por la cocina y proyectando desde éste el resto de los espacios de la casa.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; fue contactado por representantes de &lt;st1:personname st="on" productid="la Federación Chilena"&gt;la Federación Chilena&lt;/st1:personname&gt; de Racquetball y del Gimnacio Go Fitness &amp;amp; Spa, para realizar una propuesta de gran interés y un proyecto nunca realizado en Latinoamérica, una &lt;b&gt;Cancha Oficial de Racquetball&lt;/b&gt; Mecano, es decir una cancha transportable y con la posibilidad de armar y desarmar en cualquier lugar del Mundo.
